Rachel is a lovely ewe lamb we bought from Michele Varmen of the Snelson Coloured Ryeland flock.
She is going to be a tremendous ewe once fully matured as she has such a huge range over her back, she really does stand over a lot of ground. This terrific length is one of strengths that her sire Snelson Vineapola stamps on his offspring.
She has a sweet temperament and is quite solid in colour. Her very impressive pedigree includes bloodlines from Mansel, Cagedale, Ryeside and Broomwell.
Rachel will be bred to one of our Smeafield rams in the autumn of 2018. However in the meantime we will enjoy watching her mature and we may show her in 2018 show season.
